Shipping & Returns

All Vive CBD orders ship out within 1-2 business days. Every order is shipped via USPS. If for any reason that your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.

All customers are provided with USPS tracking, which we send via email. If you do not receive a tracking number for your order once it ships, please check your spam folder or contact us via email at info@vivecbd.com

All orders shipped to the wrong address and/or returned to sender because an order is not picked up at the post office will be subject to an additional fee for us to resend the package after we have verified the address with the customer.

We are unable to reimburse our customers for shipping costs of returning a product purchased unless there was a mistake on our end with the order. All shipments arrive to our customers within the United States in approximately 3-5 business days.

Refunds

You can return your purchase within 15 days of receiving your products (s). If you decide to return your purchase you must send a receipt or proof of purchase. You are also responsive for the cost of postage needed to return your purchase. Return purchases are only accepted if the product you are returning is unopened / sealed. We can not accept products that have been opened, or partially-used.

Once your return is received, we will send a notification email. All refunds will be processed and credited back to the credit card or original payment method used to make the initial purchase.

Exchanges

Vive CBD will replace any defective or damaged items that you receive. Customers that need to exchange one of their Vive CBD products for the same item, should contact us before sending their item back to us.
