Why did you receive a text after you ordered?

Vive CBD uses secured payments powered by Everyware. Everyware is our text messaging payment provider. We send a text message to the customer in order to confirm the order. The customer must reply to the text or the order will be canceled. In order to ensure that every customer transaction is safe and secure, and with our goal to avoid and prevent fraudulent transactions, all credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer during the transaction process. Between credit card validation and the text message confirmation, we can guarantee that your transaction is as safe and secure as possible.

Do I need to reply to the text message?

Yes. You need to reply to the text in order for your order to be processed.

What payment methods do you take?

Vive CBD accepts all major credit cards. We We also take Paypal, Google Wallet, and Amazon Pay.

Will I receive a notification when my order has shipped?

All customers will receive tracking information and an order confirmation when your order has been submitted and your package has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

All Vive CBD products ship from Michigan. All US domestic orders of $50 or more receive free UPS ground shipping. Shipping rates are calculated by shipping address. To figure out the cost to ship your Vive CBD order to you, enter your address at checkout.

What if my order is missing an item?

If you find that your order is missing an item or if you receive a damaged package, please contact us right away so we can remedy the situation.

Can I return an item?

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your product(s). If you decide to return your purchase you must send a receipt or proof of purchase. You are also responsible for the cost of postage needed to return your purchase. Return purchases are only accepted if the product you are returning is unopened / sealed. We can not accept products that have been opened, or partially-used. Once your return is received, we will send a notification email. All refunds will be processed and credited back to the credit card or original payment method used to make the initial purchase.
