What payment methods do you take?

Vive CBD accepts all major credit cards. We We also take Sezzle.

Will I receive a notification when my order has shipped?

All customers will receive tracking information and an order confirmation when your order has been submitted and your package has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

All Vive CBD products ship from Michigan. Shipping rates are calculated by shipping address. To figure out the cost to ship your Vive CBD order to you, enter your address at checkout.

Why can't I get Delta 8 shipped to me?

Delta 8 products are not able to be sold to all states and cannot be sold outside the United States. Orders going to states or countries that contain Delta 8 products, but cannot be shipped to, will not be fulfilled. You must remove the Delta 8 product from your cart to continue with your order.

Delta 8 products cannot be shipped to the following states: AK, AZ, AK, CO, DE, KY, ID, IA, MS, MT, NY, ND, RI, UT, VT, WA.

Delta 8 products cannot be shipped outside the United States.

What if my order is missing an item?

If you find that your order is missing an item or if you receive a damaged package, please contact us right away so we can remedy the situation.

Can I return an item?

You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your product(s). If you decide to return your purchase you must send a receipt or proof of purchase. You are also responsible for the cost of postage needed to return your purchase. Return purchases are only accepted if the product you are returning is unopened / sealed. We can not accept products that have been opened, or partially-used. Once your return is received, we will send a notification email. All refunds will be processed and credited back to the credit card or original payment method used to make the initial purchase.
